Victoria Beckham has accepted a cameo role in the upcoming Sex and the City sequel. The new film project will start shooting on location in New York City in August.Beckham was offered a walk-on role in the first movie but had to turn it down because she was heavily involved in her Spice Girls Tour. She was up for another opportunity when the sequel was announced and has even taken some acting lessons in anticipation.
Beckham made an appearance on season two of Ugly Betty and also appeared as a guest judge on Project Runway.
The original four cast members, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, have all completed their contract negotiations, reportedly for a substantially better payday than they received for their work in the first film.
