Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have snapped up an architectural wonder in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The actress and her celebrity mechanic husband are the new owners of the Coliseum Street mansion that architect William Freret built in 1876 for former U.S. French ambassador James Eustis.
The couple paid just over $2.2 million for the historic property, according to RealEstalker.com.
The five-bedroom home features pecan and sycamore flooring throughout and a large ballroom.
The couple's New Orleans neighbours include Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
