Only four months into a fifteen month sentence, George O’Dowd has been released from Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk, England.The former Culture Club frontman entered jail in January for false imprisonment of a male escort named Audun Carlsen. The singer was found guilty of holding Carlsen against his will and committing violence against him in a pre-meditated assault.
O’Dowd looked much healthier than when he entered the prison. He returned to his London home to celebrate with friends and family.
