NYC residents were scared yesterday when a large jet circled low over Manhattan, chased by a fighter jet. Turns out it was just a government photo-op, but people were shaken up. People fled their downtown office buildings in 9/11 flashback terror.
We cannot believe how someone could be so insensitive for a photo shoot, without spreading the word with advance notice, but publising their plans.
