Adam Lambert has reportedly been accused of battering a photographer in Miami Beach Thursday night. According to police documents posted by TMZ, the American Idol alum allegedly “wrestled [the photographer] to the ground forcefully” after becoming angered by unwanted picture-taking.A rep for Lambert pointed toward the singer’s Twitter account, where he recently wrote, “Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground…. It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I’m guilty of.” The Miami Beach Police Department has not responded to requests for further information.
