Ricky Martin Denies Implying That He's Bisexual

A blogger figured out that while Puerto Rican TV Aqui’s headline implied Ricky Martin said his heart could belong to ‘a man or woman,’ the actual translation of the interview didn’t support the implication…

Andrés Duque of Blabbeando translated the TV Acqui segment with the sometimes Spanish singing pop star and determined that the interview response that sent shockwaves across the gay world actually went down like so:

"Eh, the heart of Ricky Martin? Look, whether it has or doesn't have a male owner or a female owner, I have never spoken about that topic, so don't..."

Duque goes on to criticize the magazine for including a poll that stated Martin was less masculine because of his perceived bi-sexuality.

Martin is a father of twin boys, born last summer, via surrogacy. He explained the parenting decision was made because although, “Adoption was one option… it's complicated and can take a long time. Surrogacy was an intriguing and faster option. I thought, 'I'm going to jump into this with no fear.’ ”

He has also said of his single dad parenting style, that he “love[s] to read books to my sons and tell them stories. I play music for them so they develop their own personalities. I want to give them information and raise them with honesty and love, and give them self-esteem and a lot of acceptance."

Here's a special treat for Ricky and Christina Aguilera fans. Enjoy it!
