Liam Hemsworth Reveals His Secret to Abs of Steel

Move over Hugh Jackman: Miley Cyrus’s boyfriend Liam Hemsworth is the newest Aussie hunk with awesome abs causing moviegoers to swoon.

Shirtless and showing off his chiseled body in The Last Song, the actor, 20, says his physique "didn't come easy," and he trained six days a week to get in shape. His favorite exercises? Surfing, lifting weights and boxing.

"Surfing has been my main sport growing up, so that's always helped," Hemsworth told People Magazine at Reebok's ZigTech footwear workout launch event in New York Wednesday. But one thing he won't do is run on a treadmill. "I feel like it's the most boring thing, sitting on the treadmill or on a bike. It just explodes my mind!"

So does he listen to his girlfriend’s tunes while he breaks a sweat? "She'll sneak in there every now and then," he admits. " 'The Climb' is good or 'Party in the USA.' Even better, I will just get her to sing to me while I work out!"

Just don't ask Hemsworth to work out with Cyrus, 17. “She does a lot of dancing – so that’s her workout,” says the self-described "terrible dancer." "I couldn't keep up with her dancing because she's super flexible and she's throwing up her legs up around her head and stuff like that."

During what he calls his "offseason," Hemsworth’s guilty pleasures include hamburgers and pizza. "The hamburgers in America are the best in the world,” he says. "Mel’s Diner in L.A. – they are my favorite hamburgers. I could eat there everyday. They are ridiculous."

As for plans to help his girlfriend settle into her new house, he jokes that he’ll share some personal decorating ideas with her. "I could come in and gather some pictures of myself to put on her wall and see what she says,” he says with a laugh. 'I'll sign it for her as well, and it will say, 'Dear Miley, best wishes with the new house!' "

New Music: "Everybody Hurts" for Charity

Check out this cover of R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts,” featuring some of the biggest artists on the UK and US music scenes.

The song, which will be available for download on Sunday, February 7th, and released on CD the following day, features the voices of Leona Lewis, Mariah Carey, Jon Bon Jovi, Kylie Minogue, Miley Cyrus, Susan Boyle, Mika, Michael Buble and more.

The collaboration was the brainchild of Simon Cowell, who said late last month that he’d get artists to sing on the track right away.

According to HMV, the single will split proceeds 50/50 between Disasters Emergency Committee and The Sun’s “Helping Haiti” appeal.

New "We Are The World" Has Been Recorded!

We are still the world if Quincy Jones and an all-star squad of contemporary music stars have anything to sing about it.

On Monday, Jones, Lionel Richie and Wyclef assembled what appears to be the entire VIP section from Sunday night's Grammy Awards to re-record the monster selling single, which made $63 Million in sales! Can "We Are The World – 25 For Haiti" bring home that kind of bacon in the Internet Age? In only due time, we will find out.

On Monday night, The Jonas Brothers, T-Pain, Miley Cyrus, Celine Dion, Kanye West, Brian Wilson and dozens of others showed up at Henson Recording Studios, the same studio where the original was recorded 25 years ago.

Last time, the cause was starvation in Africa, in particular the devastating Ethiopian famine of 1984-85. This time it's Haiti, where last month's earthquake killed nearly 200,000 and left as many as 1 million Haitians homeless.

The new line-up of stars performing this incredible hit included Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, Harry Connick, Jr., Snoop Dogg, Tony Bennett, Barbra Streisand (rumor has it she gets a solo), Josh Groban, Usher, and Jeff Bridges.

Along with Bridges, plenty of other A-listers "lend a helping hand" and their voices which will grace the music single and video, directed by Paul Haggis ('Crash,' 'In the Valley of Elah'). The video is set to air on NBC during the Friday, February 12th Opening Ceremony of the Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Nicole Richie tweeted her excitement. "I was 4 years old in a studio watching my dad record We Are The World, & today I get to do it again," she wrote Monday afternoon.

The elder Richie spent two weeks in 1985 at Michael Jackson's Encino estate penning the track with the King of Pop. Quincy Jones, who also has a famous daughter involved in the remake – Rashida Jones, produced the song along with Grammy-winning producer Michael Omartian.

As of 2009, 20 million copies of "We Are the World" have been sold, making it the best-selling single of all-time.

No Michael Jackson this time. No Kenny Loggins, Tina Turner, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan or Paul Simon either. At least that's the word as of now.

Several stand-ins were present at Monday's shoot whose silhouettes will reportedly be replaced by famous counterparts in post-production.

Could it be that original supergroup members Bette Middler, Dan Akroyd and Cyndi Lauper got a 21st century encore? We think not.

We'll have to wait until February 12th to find out who else performed. Stay tuned!

Simon Cowell's Charity Single for Haiti

Mariah Carey has signed up to join some of the world’s biggest stars and add her vocals to Simon Cowell’s star-studded cover version of the REM ballad "Everybody Hurts." Simon has revealed the 40-year-old singer-and-actress was so keen to help raise relief funds for the Caribbean island following the two devastating earthquakes, she altered her schedule to fit in the recording.

He said: "We're getting there. We have had an incredible amount of support. It's amazing these great singers are clearing their schedules to make this happen. I just found out Mariah has changed her schedule to be able to do this too. It says such a lot that everyone is working so hard to help Haiti. This is something that really matters to us all and I'm so grateful for the support we are getting."

Simon, who hopes the song will be released next Sunday, is thrilled about the extra publicity which will be generated now Mariah has joined the bill. A source added to The Sun newspaper: "Mariah was brilliant, she wanted to help in any way she could. Her name gives the single another great boost.”

Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has also joined the track’s all-star cast, in addition to Cheryl Cole, Leona Lewis, Susan Boyle, James Blunt and Rod Stewart. The individual vocals are being compiled by producer Steve Robson, using advanced technology which means artists do not need to record together.

Spoiler Alert! Sex and the City Mysteries Revealed

Eighties outfits? Appearances by Penélope Cruz, Miley Cyrus and Liza Minnelli?

Little by little, the secrets of the sequel to the Sex and the City movie are leaking out.

"It's Star Wars for women all over the world," Field joked at the 2009 Angel Ball for cancer research on Tuesday in New York City.

Warning: Don't read any further if you don't want to learn titillating details about the movie.

So what was the real story behind those '80s outfits that Sarah Jessica Parker and her three pals were dressed in – and widely seen in photos from a shoot on the streets of the Big Apple?

Flashback Time

"It was in the beginning of the movie," Field explained. "Carrie was waiting to meet her girlfriends and she was thinking about when she first moved to New York in the '80s and how she met Samantha and Charlotte. They're all, in real time, meeting to go shopping. And in her flashback time, she is thinking of when she first met each one of them."

What's with the guest appearances by Cruz, Minnelli and Cyrus? Cyrus recently filmed a scene with Kim Cattrall, where the two ostensibly showed up to a movie premiere in matching outfits.

"That's in the story line, but I'm not going to tell that one," Field teases. "But, it's fun. Miley's a very good character. She's a really nice girl. She's happy and with it! She's a very cool girl."

Road to Morocco

What about the films' increasingly exotic locales? After all, in the first movie, Carrie and friends fled Gotham for Mexico after Mr. Big stood her up at the altar. The new movie doesn't disappoint, Field promises, saying they'll be visiting Morocco.

"[We're shooting] there for about six weeks," she said. "You'll probably see belly dancers and Bedouins!"

But Field zips her lip when it comes to the biggest question of all: Will Carrie be expecting a baby?

"I don't know," she says. "You're going to have to see for yourself because then what's the fun?"

Miley Cyrus & Justin Gaston Have Split

In recent days, Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston have taken to their separate Twitter pages with messages of woe.

"Tears are words the heart can't express," Cyrus, 16, wrote Sunday night. Gaston, 20, tweeted the next morning, "How many tears are in there? They've gotta run out soon, right?"

On Tuesday, a source confirms the reason behind the tears. "They broke up on Sunday before she left for Savannah" to film her new movie, The Last Song, the source told People.

The pair was last spotted together on Friday at the Hannah Montana wrap party in Los Angeles. "Miley introduced him to people," an insider says. "There was no hint [of problems]. They were a couple as usual."

Two days later came the Twitter posts. No official reason has been given for the breakup, first reported on E! Online. But Cyrus has recently been spending a lot of time with ex Nick Jonas – with whom she sang the duet "Before the Storm," which premieres Friday on Radio Disney.

"They have been recording music and spending more time together," says the source. Cyrus and Jonas, 16, also saw each other in L.A. on Saturday for Disney's Friends for Change video shoot.

Reps for Cyrus and Gaston had no comment.

Miley's Model Man Strips It Off

Justin Gaston doesn't hide much. He's constantly seen with and romantically linked to 16- year old Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, despite being 20. Now, he's hiding even less in the physical sense with a crotch-grabbing, six-pack baring photo spread for fashion based VMan Magazine.

Here are three pictures from the VMan spread:
