Well, I will start off by saying that I was not at all surprised as to America's "selection" for the bottom three on last night's results show. I always expected for Lil Rounds, Anoop Desai, and Scott MacIntyre to be this week's bottom three based on their performance on Tuesday. All along I thought Lil Rounds would be going home due to her cheesy Tina Turner (wanna be) look-a-like rendition of What's Love Got to Do with It", but I was wrong. She was the first one to be sent back to the couch.
After a remarkable performance by Flo Rida and the one & only Kellie Pickler (plus the opening surprise performance by Frankie Avalon), America decided to send Anoop back to the couch (for hopefully his last week) and send Scott "Home Sweet Home".
American Idol will return on Tuesday at 8:00 pm (ET) for the live performance show, followed by the live results show on Wednesday at 9:00 pm (ET).
