J. Lo Exclusive: 'Working with Tom was Amazing!'

Extra recently had an exclusive chat with Jennifer Lopez, and she talked about her MTV Movie Awards experience, dancing with Tom Cruise, for the first time.

Working with Tom was amazing!" Lopez gushed to Extra, while attending the Boys and Girls Clubs of America event in New York on Thursday. "I'm such a hard worker, and I'm kind of intense about my job. It's great to work with someone who is just as intense and passionate and crazy about getting everything right."

The two started rehearsing for the musical number a month in advance. "[Tom] called me a month before and said, 'I have this idea. I'm doing this thing for the MTV Movie Awards, and I want it to be a surprise.'" She continued, "I said OK, we'd do a little mash-up of [Ludacris' 'Get Back' and a Lopez's song 'Get Right']. I come out and sing a little and then we dance together. But [I told him] you have to learn this cane dance that I do in the video."

Lopez was thoroughly impressed with Cruise's moves. "The thing with that routine is that it is one of the hardest routines. But he did it. He really, really did it. And he did a great job. I was really proud of him." The actress/singer also wants to clear the air about the recent rumor that she and her husband, Marc Anthony, renewed their wedding vows. "We didn't. This is an absolute lie," Lopez said. "We just had our anniversary and had some people over to the house." She did add, "Maybe we will one day..."

Sandra Bullock & Scarlett Johansson Share Jaw-dropping Liplock at MTV Movie Awards

Sandra Bullock returned to the spotlight on Sunday to accept a top honor at the MTV Movie Awards - and to share a shocking kiss with Scarlett Johansson.

The Oscar winner, who stepped away from the public eye in the weeks after her husband Jesse James' infidelity was exposed in the press, was brought onstage by Johansson and her former co-stars Betty White (The Proposal) and Bradley Cooper (All About Steve) to accept the MTV Generation Award.

The honour is given to movie stars who have provided entertainment to young audiences over the last two decades.

Bullock, who received a standing ovation, told the crowd: "Sit down, we're on a time limit, people. It's live, we're on live television."

She then thanked presenters White and Cooper, joking: "I'd like to thank Bradley for still being my friend given the only film he's been in that bombed was the one that I made. I'd like to thank Betty for being such an extraordinary woman. I love her more every day and it's not just for her extraordinary work but for the person she is and the life she lives and I want your life."

Bullock proceeded to make light of rumors she's planning to quit acting by quipping, "So the Generation Award - is that an award for old people that have extended their welcome so we should make nice and leave so someone new can come in? Because that's not going to happen, I'm staying. Because no matter what you may have seen or heard or read lately I love what I do and I'm not going anywhere."

She then shared an awkward moment with Johansson, who confessed Bullock was her favourite to take home the Best Kiss trophy, which was won by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson earlier in the evening.

A blushing Bullock gushed, "It was a really nice kiss and that's nice of you to (say)," prompting Johansson to step forward and plant a kiss on her lips, sending the crowd into an uproar.

But the actress was quick to silence the audience, making reference to her personal life: "Now that we have done that, can we please go back to normal? Because therapy is really expensive."

Bullock's MTV Movie Award appearance came just one day after she showed up at the Guys Choice Awards in Los Angeles, where she picked up the Troops Choice Award for Entertainer of The Year, voted for by members of the military.

Bullock is the first female to pick up the MTV Generation Award honor.

Twilight Saga Wins Big at the MTV Movie Awards

The Twilight Saga: New Moon was the big winner at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night, picking up four honours including the coveted Best Movie prize.

Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were the toast of the evening as they both triumphed in the Best Female and Male Performance categories.

The rumoured real-life lovers also shared the prize for Best Kiss, and teased the crowd by debating whether or not to follow tradition with a live lip-lock. But Stewart let viewers down by snubbing a Pattinson smooch, declaring: "To be perfectly honest with you, it takes a lot of smoke and mirrors to make us look good kissing."

Pattinson was also dubbed the night's Global Superstar.

Other MTV Movie Award winners included Anna Kendrick, who was named the Best Breakout Star, accepting the prize for her role in Up in the Air, opposite George Clooney; meanwhile, The Hangover stars Zach Galifianakis and Ken Jeong won for Best Comedic Performance and Best Wtf Moment, respectively.

But it was Sandra Bullock's return to the spotlight that really got audiences revved up as she accepted the MTV Generation Award.

Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg took the stage to perform her track California Gurls, while Christina Aguilera closed the show by debuting a medley of songs from her new album Bionic.

Tom Cruise – as movie mogul alter ego Les Grossman – has no problem keeping up with pal J.Lo, who joined him for a surprise dance to her song "Get Right" live at the MTV Movie Awards in Universal City, California, on Sunday.

Eminem Admits: I Was Involved in Brüno Stunt

Three days after storming out of the MTV Movie Awards, Eminem is setting the record straight about what exactly happened that night between him and comedian Sacha Baron Cohen: It was all a gag.

"I'm thrilled that we pulled this off better than we rehearsed it," the rapper, 36, tells RapRadar about his altercation with the actor, who was dressed as his flamboyant character Brüno. "It had so many people going 'nuts' so to speak. Everyone was blowing me up about it."

Eminem walked out of the awards show on Sunday after Cohen – as Brüno dressed in wings and a thong – landed face down in his lap. Reps for MTV, Cohen and Eminem had no comment at the time on whether or not the act was planned.

So how exactly did the two brainstorm the stunt?

"Sacha called me when we were in Europe and he had an idea to do something outrageous at the Movie Awards," says Eminem. "I'm a big fan of his work so I agreed to get involved with the gag."

Eminem has had altercations in the past – including a scuffle with the puppet, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2002. But at this year's Movie Awards, the rapper was merely playing off his image as a tough guy.

"After the ceremony I went back to my hotel and laughed uncontrollably for about three hours," he adds. "Especially after I saw it on air."

Eminem Storms Out of MTV Movie Awards

Eminem returned to the spotlight Sunday, spitting the lyrics of his name-dropping single "We Made You" and "Crack A Bottle" from his hit album Relapse at the MTV Movie Awards. But not long after his performance, he stormed away from his seat at the auditorium when Sacha Baron Cohen, in a barely-visibly thong as his flamboyant character Brüno, descended like an angel and landed face down in the rapper's lap.

The body guards pounced and Eminem's entourage made its exit in what was the most outrageous moment on a night of irreverence that included host Andy Samberg spoofing box office hits like Slumdog Millionaire (which was nominated six times but came up empty handed) and Star Trek, an absent Amy Poehler accepting the Golden Popcorn trophy for the best "WTF moment" and Forest Whitaker singing an operatic rendition of Samberg's Emmy Award winning song "D– in a Box."

But the night belonged to the film sensation Twilight, which picked up five awards, including the top prize for best movie.

After Shia LaBeouf handed out the best fight award to its stars Robert Pattinson and Cam Gigandet for their tussle in the vampire movie, Pattinson also picked up the award for the best breakthrough performance by a male. Later, he and costar Kristen Stewart teased the crowd by nearly reenacting the kiss between their characters Edward Cullen and Bella Swan while accepting the award for best buss.

Stewart also won the prize for best female performance. "I was just about as awkward as you thought I was going to be," the flustered star said at the podium.

Other winners included High School Musical 3: Senior Year's Ashley Tisdale, who won in the female breakthrough performance category while her costar Zac Efron won for best male performance. Jim Carey won for best comedic performance for his role in Yes Man and Heath Ledger was posthumously honored for his legendary performance in The Dark Knight.

The best song from a movie went to Miley Cyrus for "The Climb," which was featured in Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Efron, Kiefer Sutherland and Triumph the Insult Dog presented former MTV Movie Awards host Ben Stiller with the MTV Generation Award, honoring the actor for a career of "selling out box offices without selling out."

Twilight Leads MTV Movie Awards Nominations

Vampire blockbuster Twilight and Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire will lead the charge at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards after scooping seven and six nominations, respectively.

The bloodsucking love story, based on the book by Stephenie Meyer, will compete for prizes including Best Movie, Best Female Performance for Kristen Stewart, and Breakthrough Performance Male for both Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

Slumdog Millionaire stars Freida Pinto and Dev Patel are also up for the Breakthrough Performance accolades, while the film will go up against Twilight, The Dark Knight, Iron Man and High School Musical 3: Senior Year in the Best Movie category.

Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway (Bride Wars), Angelina Jolie (Wanted) and Kate Winslet (The Reader) join Stewart in the Best Female Performance line-up, and Zac Efron (High School Musical 3), Shia Labeouf (Eagle Eye) and Robert Downey, Jr. (Tropic Thunder) will fight it out for the Best Male Performance title.

Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana: The Movie) and Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical 3) will go head-to-head for the Breakthrough Performance Female award, while Cyrus is also nominated for Best Song From a Movie for Hannah Montana.

Real-life Slumdog Millionaire lovebirds Patel and Pinto have also earned recognition in the Best Kiss category, alongside Twilight's Pattinson and Stewart, James Franco and Sean Penn for Milk, and Paul Rudd and Thomas Lennon in I Love You, Man.

The Dark Knight's Christian Bale and the late Heath Ledger will battle it out for Best Fight alongside Seth Rogen, James Franco and Danny McBride for their scrap in Pineapple Express.

The Golden Popcorn prizes, nominated and voted for by MTV viewers, will be handed out in Los Angeles on May 31st.
