Oprah Winfrey is back on top.
A year after slipping to No. 2 on Forbes' annual Celebrity 100 list, the media queen regained her crown as 2010's most powerful star worth an estimated $315 million.
Last year's title holder, Angelina Jolie, fell 17 spots while Beyoncé climbed to No. 2 with $87 million in earnings (husband Jay-Z landed the No. 15 spot).
The list – determined by a celebrity's earnings and fame – placed Avatar director James Cameron, who pocketed $210 million, at the No. 3 ranking. Lady Gaga and Tiger Woods rounded out the top five.
It was also a good year for Grammy Award winner Taylor Swift, who jumped up to No. 12 from 69, and Twilight stars Robert Pattinson (No. 50) and Kristen Stewart (No. 66). The popular franchise also helped author Stephenie Meyer earn a No. 59 ranking.

One of the women who reportedly slept with Tiger Woods is set to write a book claiming she saw him having sex with other men.
Sicillian model Loredana Jolie Ferriolo, the thirteenth woman linked to the golfer, has reportedly been trying to sell her story for $1 million.
http://www.radaronline.com/ reports that Ferriolo has graphically described Woods' alleged gay encounters.
She said the book would detail "his healthy appetite for arranged sex, threesomes, girls next door, girl-girl, and an answer to all the rumours surrounding Woods' sexuality".
Her representative told the website: "She is in talks with a number of publishing companies regarding a tell-all book deal."
There has been a lurid stream of allegations about Woods' extra-marital affairs since November, when it was reported he had an affair with nightclub manager Rachel Uchitel.
Thirteen women have now alleged they were sexually involved with him, although as yet, Ferriolo is the only one to allege he had sex with men.
Another woman claims to have a sex tape of the disgraced star but porn producers Vivid Entertainment say they cannot ascertain whether it is him.
Tiger Woods remains hidden from the cameras, but readers will get an eyeful of the embattled golf star in the February issue of Vanity Fair.
The cover shot shows a bare-chested Woods in a black cap lifting weights. The magazine promises more images of "a raw, unguarded Woods" taken by Annie Leibovitz before the scandal hit, when the issue reaches newsstands on Wednesday.
At http://www.vanityfair.com/, Leibovitz had this to say about the images: "Tiger is an intensely competitive athlete – and quite serious about his sport. I wanted to reveal that in these photos. And to show his incredible focus and dedication."
