Eva Longoria Plans to File for Divorce Soon

Eva Longoria shot down a report that Tony Parker filed for divorce in Texas, but that doesn't appear to be the end of the marriage drama.

TMZ reported on Tuesday that husband Tony Parker filed for divorce in Texas after three years of marriage. The story later disappeared from TMZ's homepage, replaced by a retraction.

A new source has now stated that the Desperate Housewives star plans to file divorce papers of her own as early as Wednesday.

Longoria was "totally and completely blindsided" by reports appearing this week of infidelity by her NBA star husband, the source says.

The pair were married three years ago in a castle in France.

Big Brother 10's Steven Daigle Arrested in Fight

Steven Daigle, of Big Brother 10 and most recently gay porn fame, has been arrested for allegedly beating ex-boyfriend and fellow porn star Trent Locke.

According to TMZ, the US Big Brother 10 contestant fought Locke in West Hollywood on Monday after an argument erupted between the two.

Daigle was later arrested and charged with one count of misdemeanour battery while Locke was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries.

"[I am] deeply embarrassed," Locke said from his hotel room. "[I] would never take a swing at [Steven]. And I did not."

Daigle is said to still be behind bars and is being held on $20,000 bail. He could face up to one year in prison if convicted.

Looks Like JLo is Joining American Idol After All

It looked like negotiations were off the table between Jennifer Lopez and American Idol producers, but we hear it's highly likely that the songstress will join the judging panel for the upcoming season of the reality show, after all. TMZ reports the deal is in the final stages, and everything could be signed and sealed as early as next week!

It was reported that JLo was making some crazy "diva demands" early on, and that's why she was taken out of the list of possible judges. Apparently, that wasn't the case. An insider says "it's been typical negotiating."

Sources say Idol execs are excited to bring some new energy to the show, and are hoping Jenny from the Block will be able to give the competition a new life. She's definitely got some big shoes to fill with Simon and Kara gone.

Portia de Rossi Wants to Be Portia DeGeneres

Portia de Rossi's second anniversary gift for Ellen DeGeneres? A name change.

The actress, who tied the knot with the talk show host, 52, on August 17, 2008, has asked the court to legally change her name to Portia Lee James DeGeneres, according to a petition filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

As for the reason, the papers, which were initially signed by Rossi, 37, in March, say, "Petitioner is taking the last name of her spouse."

But de Rossi isn't a DeGeneres just yet. The name change won't be official until a hearing, scheduled for September 23rd, takes place.

A rep for the talk show host had no comment.

Enrique Iglesias Water Skies Naked, As Promised

Enrique Iglesias has kept his promise – and hit the bay in the buff.

The singer, who vowed he would water ski naked in Florida's Biscayne Bay if his beloved Spanish soccer team won the World Cup back in June, did just that at the end of July.

Despite his concerns about sharks and law enforcement, Iglesias, 35, made the late-night ski trip with a video camera to record the stunt.


Though the footage, originally posted on TMZ, is dark and shaky, the singer is clearly nude – and possibly freshly groomed.

"I need to get my Brazilian wax before I do it," he joked last month. "A bet's a bet."

But is it really him in the video?

Reps would not confirm. but they did say that the singer was in Miami the last week in July.

Kate Jackson Says She’s in “Financial Ruin”

She was supposed to be the smart one on Charlie’s Angels, but now Kate Jackson says she’s broke.

The 61-year-old actress, who also starred in the hit shows "The Rookies" and "Scarecrow and Mrs. King," has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against her former financial advisor seeking $3 million in damages.

According to http://www.tmz.com/: Jackson claims Farrah Fawcett’s former business manager, Richard B. Francis, knew about Kate’s “extremely close relationship” with Farrah and used that information to get Kate as a client.

Kate claims Francis told her she was worth roughly $5.4 million, and she could live off of the interest from her accounts, at least $300,000 per year. But Jackson said she was actually worth considerably less, only about $3 million. She claims she learned the truth about her finances when she agreed to buy a home in 2008, a home she claims Francis knew she couldn’t afford but he drained her savings account in order to pay for it anyway. Kate also claims Francis knew she was grossly overpaying for the property.

After Charlie's Angel, Kate when on to do some moviews. She played Michael Ontkean’s wife in the landmark 1982 movie Making Love but has not starred in a TV series since the 1988-89 show Baby Boom. Still, she has dozens of TV movies and television credits over the past two decades.

Kate made a memorable appearance at the 2006 Emmys with Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith and was close to Farrah until her death last year from cancer.

Big Brother Star Arrested for Witness Intimidation

A former reality TV star charged with violently attacking his pregnant girlfriend earlier this month has been arrested for witness intimidation.

Matt McDonald, who appeared on season nine of hit show Big Brother, was apprehended by Boston, Massachusetts police on April 18th after an unnamed woman filed a domestic violence complaint against him.

According to police reports, obtained by www.TMZ.com, McDonald and his family members waged a two-day campaign of intimidation against the accuser and her family, and demanded the woman, who is currently nine weeks pregnant, drop the charges.

McDonald was scheduled to face charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on a pregnant woman next month.

He was arrested for witness intimidation on April 20th, after police determined he may pose a serious threat to his accuser.

Levi Johnston: My Future is Bleak

Levi Johnston has just fired back at his baby mama, Bristol Palin, and unlike grandma Sarah Palin, Levi didn't need to write crib notes on his hand.

Levi is responding to Bristol's demand for $1,750 a month in child support. In his opposing legal papers, Levi's lawyer, Rex Butler, says Levi's income is "erratic." Bristol claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. But attorney Butler says, prior to 2009, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year.

In the legal docs, Johnston agrees to pay 20% of his adjusted 2009 income -- though he doesn't say exactly how much he made. He also agrees to file quarterly income reports. In his declaration, Levi says in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income is $25,000 plus "some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot." He says he doesn't see how it's possible to pay $1,750 a month in child support.

And there's this. According to the docs, "Levi Johnston stands before this court as a 19-year-old with good hopeful for an entertainment career but the chances of increased income are as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry is not particularly good."

Ron Livinston Sues Over Wikipedia 'Gay' Edits

Wikipedia doesn't always get it right.

At least, that's what actor Ron Livingston wants you to believe. The star, who played a disgruntled employee in the movie "Office Space," is suing an unnamed Internet mischief-maker for spreading 'malicious' rumors online that the actor is gay.

According to TMZ, the online prankster has repeatedly hacked into Ron Livingston's Wikipedia page and edited the entry to say that the Livingston is homosexual, and involved in a relationship with a man named Lee Dennison.

TMZ reports: According to the lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, the Wiki-hacking began back in May -- and every time Ron's reps remove the false info from his Wiki page ... the bandit "changes them back almost immediately."

The same hacker is believed to have gone so far as to create fake Facebook profiles for Livingston and Dennison that list the two men as "in a relationship" with one another.

Livingston, who is married to Standoff co-star Rosemarie Dewitt, filed a suit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on December 5 2009. He is suing for libel, invasion of privacy and for using his name and likeness without permission.

Although Livingston's current Wikipedia entry contains no reference of Lee Dennison, a previous entry included this line: Ron lives in Los Angeles with Casting Director Lee Dennison and is currently starring in Defying Gravity.
