Adam Lambert & Ferras: Halloween Hotties

Adam Lambert dresses up as a glammed-out vampire for a special Halloween party in Los Angeles on Saturday night, October 31st.

All night, the newly single American Idol vet, who recently split with boyfriend Drake LaBry, was seen hanging out with pop rock singer Ferras, who dressed up as an Arabian Prince with Markus Molinari.

A few weeks ago, Adam and Ferras, both 27 years old, were also seen partying together at the Star Magazine 5th Anniversary shindig. The pair have been collaborating for awhile now. Back in June, Ferras tweeted, “Spent the afternoon writing with Adam Lambert! Havent seen him since before idol- we’re writing a great song. Its gunna be sick ya’ll. :)”

Adam Lambert: Still in Love!

He may be a big singing star now and performing in different cities as part of the nationwide American Idol tour, but Adam Lambert says he and boyfriend Drake LaBry are still going strong.

The runner-up to the Idol crown tells E! Online’s Marc Malkin:”It’s going really well, it’s going just fine. We’re dealing with [being apart] just fine.

Adam, 27, added that he would, of course, like to spend more time with his 24-year-old boyfriend who he was with before Ido superstardom hit earlier this year: “I’m excited for the future when I’m in L.A. for more than, you know, a day. It’ll be nice.”

Lambert is on the Idol tour with winner Kris Allen and the rest of the show’s top 10 finishers. Allen has commented previously that Adam and Drake are a “cool combination,” because they’re so different. “Drake’s from Louisiana and Adam is from L.A.,” he says. “But they click well and they’re really nice together.”

Kris Allen Calls Adam Lambert & Drake LaBry a 'Cool Combination'

Although he's encouraged people to keep speculating about his sexuality, Adam Lambert now says, "all your questions will be answered" in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone.

"Finally," he said at the 11th Annual Young Hollywood Awards Sunday in Santa Monica, where he was named artist of the year. "Once and for all" he'll speak directly about the topic.

But the winner of American Idol, Kris Allen, 23, is already speaking out in support of his good friend and runner-up, praising Lambert for his openness.

"I think he's happier that he can be himself and it's nice," Allen says of Lambert, 27, stepping out with his friend Drake LaBry. "Adam is who he is and he's not afraid. I support him in whatever he does."

Allen, back in Los Angeles Sunday to sing the national anthem at game 2 of the Lakers-Magic NBA championship series, says that he has met LaBry, and, "he's a really nice guy."

Allen calls Lambert and LaBry's friendship a "cool combination," because they're so different. "Drake's from Louisiana and Adam is from L.A.," he says. "But they click well and they're really nice together."

Enjoying the Spotlight

Meanwhile, Allen looked relaxed an hour before singing the national anthem, which he executed to perfection, drawing a huge ovation from the Staples Center crowd, which included Rihanna, Diddy, Simon Baker and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Allen's wife Katherine joined him at the game, which the Lakers won, and she has been with him for the past couple of weeks. "[Winning Idol] has completely changed our lives," Allen says. "She is happy to be here and supporting me and she is just as excited as I am."

And the couple have even more good news to share, as Allen has officially inked a record deal with 19 Recordings and Jive Records.

"I'm really looking forward to what is next," Allen said in a statement about the deal. "I'm very grateful to be working with Simon Fuller and his team at 19 Entertainment, along with Barry Weiss and Jive Records on my debut album. Everyone's been asking me what it's going to sound like. It will be very similar to what you heard from me on the show – definitely in the pop/rock genre. I can't wait to get started!"

With his debut album due in the fall, Allen – along with Lambert and the rest of season 8's top 10 – is gearing up for the Idols Live Tour, which opens July 5 in Portland, Oregon.

But Allen says his wife won't be following him on the road. "She's going to come to a couple of shows," he says, "but then she is going to go home and hang out with friends and family."

5 Things to Know About Adam Lambert's "friend" Drake LaBry

Since becoming American Idol's runner-up on May 20th, Adam Lambert has been stepping out with a friend whom many Lambert fans recognize from the show. His name is Drake LaBry and a source told People, "He's been Adam's best friend and totally there with him through this whole [Idol] process." Several times he sat with Lambert's parents in the audience during the show.

Here are five things to know about Drake LaBry:

1. He's a Southern Gentleman
Despite being spotted partying at West Hollywood nightclubs like Guys & Dolls and shopping at Kitson, LaBry comes from Louisiana and has a Cajun accent to prove it. In fact, he still lives there – at least for now. "He comes to L.A. a lot and may end up moving here," a source tells told People.

2. He's an Artistic Type
LaBry is an interior designer and a painter, but "he is super normal and down-to-earth," the source says.

3. He's Been Inked
In addition to a tattoo on his arm, a source says he has two tattoos – birds, to be exact – on his chest.

4. He's No Fair-Weather Friend
LaBry and Lambert have been pals for years. "He has never experienced anything like this – the paparazzi or attention," the source says of LaBry and his sudden fame-by-association. "It's very shocking to him."

5. He's Got the Travel Bug
LaBry's backpacking trip with friends through France, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium and Spain was documented in a series of YouTube clips that include footage of him swimming, waiting for a train, watching Shetland ponies and dancing to his iPod in the Swiss Alps.

Adam Lambert's Finally...Out!

Adam Lambert, 27-year-old runner-up on season eight of American Idol, was seen holding hands with interior designer Drake LaBry as they exited hot spot Guys and Dolls night club in West Hollywood last night.

The 24-year-old LaBry has been frequently seen in the audience during Idol broadcasts and backstage with Lambert, fueling speculation about when the talented rocker would officially ‘out’ himself.

Lambert will appear on the cover of the next Rolling Stone issue and will officially ‘out’ himself in the accompanying interview.

Idol judge Kara DioGuardi, who rocked a bikini during the Idol finale, was on The View earlier this week and said that she believes he has always been open about his sexuality, at least from what she has witnessed. Some believe that her statements ‘outed’ Lambert.
