My most memorable moment about Super Bowl XLIII has to be when the incredibly talented, Academy Award winner, Jennifer Hudson sang the Star Spangled Banner.Jennifer's rendition of the national anthem outshined my previous favorite, performed by Whitney Houston in 1991.

Jennifer's performance even outshined the half-time show performance by Bruce Springsteen, who looked like he has been under the knife (or botoxing) way too much on his face.
