Guy Ritchie's Big Divorce Payday?

It was only Wednesday when Madonna and Guy Ritchie announced they were divorcing, and already they've reportedly reached a decision on how much money Madonna will have to pay.

The Sun is reporting that Ritchie, 40, will get about $40 million in cash, a 1,200-acre country estate and a London pub, all told worth about $60 million.

A source close to the couple told The Sun that the director and pop icon, 50, agreed on the terms quickly. “The negotiations were relatively painless. Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep," the source said.

The report says there hasn't been an agreement on custody of the couple's three children.

Madonna is being represented by the same attorney who protected Paul McCartney's fortune during his split from Heather Mills.
