Paparazzi!: Two of a Kind

It's the sincerest form of flattery: Decked out in a red bowtie and gray suit, David Arquette pays homage to the man-of-the-hour, Paul Reubens, at the opening night of The Pee-Wee Herman Show Wednesday at L.A.'s Club Nokia.

Paparazzi!: Pee-wee's Back!

A proud Pee-wee Herman, a.k.a. Paul Reubens, takes a bow after the premiere performance of his new live production, The Pee-wee Herman Show, at Club Nokia in Los Angeles Tuesday night. Paul Reubens Brings Back Pee-Wee Herman

Pee-Wee Herman is back! Actor Paul Reubens is reviving his zany film character for a new theatre project.

The Pee-Wee Herman Show will run at the Music Box theatre in Los Angeles from 19 to 29 November, and Reubens admits he's a little nervous about reviving his most famous character.

He tells the Los Angeles Times newspaper, "I've put part of him away for a long time, but part of him has always been here with me.

"I have some fear that he won't be funny after all this time. I don't want to ruin it."

Reubens retired bicycle-loving man-child Herman in 1990 after 13 episodes of Pee-Wee's Playhouse.
