Levi Johnston, the Alaskan teen best known for the role he played in fathering a child with Bristol Palin, has been spending a good deal of time in the gym lately and we’re told it’s because he is getting ready for an upcoming Playgirl photo shoot.The 19-year-old will spend the next three weeks working out on a six-day-a-week schedule in order to be ready for his second ’skin’ debut, according to his lawyer and spokesman Rex Butler.
Levi posed bare-chested in some intimate photos for GQ with his naked baby Tripp Johnston earlier this year but this time around plans to do it on his own and with a totally different agenda. He recently filmed his first commercial for Wonderful brand pistachios.
Johnston first hit the Hollywood social scene when he attended the Teen Choice Awards as the date of comedian Kathy Griffin.
