Ricky Martin Says, 'His Heart Could Belong to a Woman or a Man'

According to a recent Tweet from Puerto Rico's TV Aqui Magazine, in the magazine's upcoming issue, Puerto Rican pop sensation Ricky Martin dished to editor Saudy Rivera that, "his heart could belong to a woman or a man."

This statement can only be interpreted in so many ways, the most obvious of which being that Martin is bi-sexual. It's impossible to make a final verdict before the story goes to print, but this isn't the first hint in recent media that Martin is open to both men and women.

Back in December, skincare guru Ole Henricksen made a comment alluding to the fact that the Latin singer was likely interested in men. "I'd go for Stig Tofting [former Danish soccer player], but since he's straight, I'd say my client Ricky Martin...[Ricky Martin] is a little more open about it these days than he used to be...I don't know if he has a boyfriend," Henricksen was quoted as saying.

Martin even spoke up on the issue of closeted celebrities earlier in 2007 when Mexican singer Christian Chavez came out to the public. "Life is too short to live closed up, guarding what you say. [Christian] has to be free in many aspects. I wish him much strength," Martin said.

Although many have debated Martin's sexuality in the past, it seems like an answer is finally on the way.

Rumors have circulated for years that Martin is in a long term relationship with his male partner and living in Puerto Rico with their twin sons.
